Participants will accumulate points for:

Any cardiovascular workout:

  • 20 minutes = 200 feet
  • 30 minutes = 300 feet
  • 40+ minutes = 400 feet

Any strength training  exercise:

  • 20 minutes = 200 feet
  • 30 minutes= 300 feet
  • 40+ minutes= 400 feet
Additional points:
  • At least 10 minutes of flexibility exercise = 100  feet An initial fitness assessment= 475 feet
  • A follow-up assessment = 475 feet
  • Participation in a Health or Wellness promotion (limit two)= 100 feet
  • Participation in a local fitness event= 250 feet
  • Participation In a NSA Hampton Roads MWR Fitness lecture or event= 500 feet
