The 2018 NSAHR Headquarters MWR Community Recreation Halloween Spooktacular is Friday, October 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Marianas Hall Gym. The spooktacular family friendly event is free and will include games, a costume contest, face painting, photo booth, balloon artist, crafts, treats and cookie decorating.
