Join NSA HR - Portsmouth MWR Fitness & Sports from 9 to 10 a.m. on Mondays for our POUND fitness class. Channel your inner rock star with this full body cardio-jam. This exhilarating full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning, strength training with yoga, and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. 

All classes follow current COVID-19 protocols for physical distancing and capacity count. All classes will be first come, first served unless otherwise reserved with the fitness specialist and/or facility coordinator.
